Elite Fitness Boxing gyms are total body, high intensity style workouts gyms where you utilize free weights, resistance, and body weight to build your dream body. The gyms have equipment for resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance trainings.
Use the equipment to stimulate different energy systems and muscles in each segment, changing the focus and activity every 6 to 9 minutes along with driving, motivating music. You are welcomed to freely use the gym for individual training or simply ask one of our expert coaches to design an individual training plan for you focused on your personal fitness goals.
